intel-rng seems to be a driver for a hardware random number generator.  I
doubt this is big issue of itself.  However, this bug seems to be reported
here and seems to cause long delays.

The suggested workaround is to blacklist the driver.  You'd need to do this
in /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist and then run

	sudo ltsp-update-image
	sudo ltsp-update-kernels

Do you get any error about configuring the network?
