Hi,

As some of you know, I am attempting to install the LTSP package on a
standard Ubuntu Edgy install.

The machine is an AMD 64 bit machine (AMD X2 4200, 2GB mem, Gigabyte
GA-M57SLI-S4 motherboard, NVidia GeForce 6600 graphics card) and I have
installed the Ubuntu Edgy (6.10) AMD64 version (NOAPIC parm else you get a
kernel panic).

After setting up the DHP server interface (eth01 192.168.0.1 Realtek
RTL-8169 Gigabit card (C-Net ProG-2000S)

I then installed openssh-server and ssh then ltsp-server-standalone and
finally run ltsp-build-client

Everything appears to have been installed and setup correctly. However when
I attempt to boot from a thin client it is falling over.

The client finds the dhcp server at 192,168.0.1. It gets an address
192.168.0249 then comes up with the following error messages:-

TFTP
PXE-T01 file not found
PXE-E3B - TFPT error
PXE-M0F exiting Intel PXE ROM

Any pointers as to how I can chase this down will be gratefully received.

Regards,

Paul Thompson
