Scott, because of the big picture.  We all know there will be and likely are problems,
that is the nature of life.  But you are doing a great service to us all, without your
help and hard work I would not be typing from a thin client on my new Edubuntu network
in our school.  

I urge you to please not get discouraged, though I understand if you do.  Without you we
wouldn't have much to complain about.....that is a good thing :-)

I think it is mistakenly assumed that Edubuntu is a larger project than it is due to the
parent of Ubuntu.  This is likely why so many expect so much more.  But what we do have
is awesome.  And without user complaints and questions, you wouldn't have near as much
feedback to make it better ;-)  Though volunteering and putting yourself and your hard
work on the line just to get inadvertently slammed, has got to be very frustrating.
