Thin Client Terminals

I am setting up several thin clients as public access computers.  I have
started by  using old PCs, but I am running out of machines.  I am thinking
about using PXE boot thin clients, and I am looking for recommendations.
Does anyone know of a good, cheap solution?  Maybe I am better off buying
basic PC's?  I do like the idea that the terminals are energy efficient and
small.
