Edubuntu and printing from qt apps

I have seen this happen, after doing a questionable file-based copy of
my root partition, and then running on the copy. I think it was caused
by the loss of some library links. Unfortunately I didn't keep notes. I
think I found the missing links by running the app concerned from the
command line using strace, and comparing the libraries it complained
about with those on the source partition. This may not work for you, but
it's a clue.
