Server NIC Recommendation

Hi All,

I am trying to identify a good Gigabit NIC to use with a PC based
server. 

The mainboard I am using has a built-in Realtek RTL8111B NIC, but this
has a number of issues with regards to the default r8169 driver.

Essentially I am looking for a NIC that "just works" without having to
compile, install or change drivers on *buntu 7.04.

Any recommendations?
