eth1 interface not found after 6.10 upgrade?

Hi all,

I just got around to upgrading from 6.06 to 6.10 (on my way to 7.04) and I
lost my wireless card support (eth1) in the process. When I try to enable it
through System>Administration>Network, I only see eth0 (ethernet) and the
modem. When I try to load it using Network Monitor, it says the interface
does not exist.

I've forgotten something, haven't I?
