Upgrade caused LTSP Monitor Frequency Problems

You have to fill in your values like this

X_HORZSYNC = 31.5-92.0
X_VERTREFRESH = 50.0-150.0

But now more EdubuntuLtsParams work under edgy-eft (ltsp 5).
