nbd-server processes

Hi,

I'm running Edubuntu 6.10. I checked today the processes running on my
server, and I saw several instances of processes like this:

nobody 27680 0.0 0.0 1660 476 ? S Nov29 0:00 /bin/sh /usr/sbin/nbdswapd
nobody 27683 0.0 0.0 3236 728 ? S Nov29 0:00 /bin/nbd-server 0 /tmp/fileSsyfIO

even if I know there's no more client connected.

Is this normal? Is it a bug? Shouldn't these processes closed when clients disconnect ?

Regards.

Claude
