qcad-data required for working font for dimensions

Status in “qcad” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed
Bug description:
Binary package hint: qcad
Without qcad-data, you do not have the fonts to show dimension labels on diagrams.
This makes the package useless for displaying or making cad diagrams & is very subtle to debug (no warning messages whatsoever, oblique reference in qcad documentation suggesting launching in installation directory for qcad to find fonts).
Simple fix --> require qcad-data !
