New app for next release?

Hi,

What is the procedure to propose/evaluate a new app to be included in
the next Edubuntu release?  The app is "Shoes": http://shoooes.net/ -
which we are using to teach kids programming.

The goal is to be able to use the standard bootable live CD to use
Shoes on classroom computers, without having to worry about admin
install rights, passwords, disk space, etc...
