Pretty much all done. I'm finalizing now getting our 6 metapackages
(edubuntu-desktop{,-kde} and
ubuntu-edu-{preschool,primary,secondary,tertiary}) into Ubuntu's
Add/Remove database. What we need is to have these tested in Beta and
make sure that the apps are in the right bundles and that we properly
set Depends and Recommends. Recommends will be installed by default
but, unlike Depends, may be removed without also removing the
metapackage.

I didn't get any takers so unfortunately this won't make Jaunty
