Teams page.

Hi,

I created https://wiki.edubuntu.org/Edubuntu/WikiSite/Teams

It lists all EDUBUNTU teams (not Ubuntu teams).

The structure is so that there are subpages under Teams for each team. 
Everything between ##begin_include and ##end_include will be included in 
the Edubuntu/WikiSite/Teams page.

This allows for easy adding and removing of teams:
- remove: Just delete the old team page
- add: just take one of the other team pages as a template. It's 
included automagically in the parent page.

The original page: https://wiki.edubuntu.org/Edubuntu/Launchpad/Teams
listed both Edubuntu and Ubuntu Teams. However, it didn't list the 
following Edubuntu Teams:

Belgian Edubuntu Team
Bolivian Edubuntu Team
Edubuntu Belgium
Edubuntu Brasil
Edubuntu Italian Team
Edubuntu Russia
EdubuntuChile
Edubuntu-fr

Edubuntu iTalc devel team
Edubuntu Users
Edubuntu Developers


I added those to my page.

It lists now ALL TWENTY-THREE (23) launchpad teams.

I also used the descriptions from the LP pages. In many cases the 
descrition on the wiki page was different from LP.

The Edubuntu Italian Team is not active anymore, and has an LP page that 
states that.

There are two Belgium Teams. What to do?
