I know it's more work to create the task then to edit the 21 pages... 
but we want to get a process going and we also want to give people a 
chance to contribute. the Team can not do everything themselves!

Future tasks might be more complex so it's really good if we can find 
some people that grow their experience.

I propose we decide on tasks that are ready to be executed in every 
meeting. So I got a week to prepare some tasks, and in the meeting we 
decide which ones are ready for users to execute.
