I downloaded, burned and installed Ubuntu 8.10 Alternate Alpha 5 (i386).

This very same hardware works with Ubuntu 8.04.1 Alternate (i386).

#1 HP t5125 does not boot, adding vt8623fb to the file
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-framebuffer does not help anymore.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/module-init-tools/+bug/208137/comments/4

#2 After server boot client does not boot.

PXE-E11: ARP timeout
PXE-E38: TFTP cannot open connection
PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent
Operating System not found

#3 But after restarting dhcp3-server it does.

ltsp at ubuntu:/etc/init.d$ sudo ./dhcp3-server restart
[sudo] password for ltsp:
  * Stopping DHCP server dhcpd3

                                                   [OK ]
  * Starting DHCP server dhcpd3

                                                           [ OK ]
ltsp at ubuntu:/etc/init.d$

#4 Without any lts.conf file there is only black screen.

#5 When added lts.conf there is LDM, but I can not login. There is
message under login box.

"No response from server, restarting..."

Then there is black screen with mouse arrow.

Added lts.conf:

# Fujitsu-Siemens PC
#
[00:20:ED:BC:13:20]
X_CONF=/etc/X11/xorg.conf
X_COLOR_DEPTH=16
LDM_DIRECTX=True
ltsp at ubuntu:/var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386$

#6 Here are few last lines from daemon.log.
