When you attempt a login at a thin client, ldm (the thin client display
manager) attempts an ssh connection to the server. I'm not hugely
knowledgeable about pam but I'd say you need to convince ssh to
authenticate using the netware server, presumably by doctoring
/etc/pam.d/ssh. As soon as you find you can ssh into the server (from
anywhere) and be authenticated via netware, you should be able to login at
the thin clients (presuming home dirs, etc. are in place for that user).
