Left over user processes

funny....Jim...this is exactly what Matt Oquist brought up at UDS Sevilla.
 In K12LTSP we had the "purge-users" script....perhaps it could be
modified to work with Ubuntu?  The Edubuntu motto is to push the issue
upstream to get the processes that are "hanging" to fix it so they don't,
but in the end I don't think that will "totally" work.  I agree...we need
to do something else....especially for the upcoming LTS
