Problem when networkcabel is out

Hi !!

I have a small problem when i put my network cabel out i cant acces any
admin menys.
The OS starts too load the program but then it stops.
But if I put back the cabel and restart edubutu it works.
I have the same problem if there is an ip conflict whith edubuntu and a
windows klient.

This can be sort of a problem if a want to config edubuntu if the network.
