Cookbook meeting changes and S-C-P meeting

please try to hold meetings in #ubuntu-meeting in the future, for
logging reasons and to have them as public as possible so everybody can
attend. we dont want to become a closed society in edubuntu ;)
additionally announcements to the fridge would be nice to have them in
the public community schedule.
