PDC (Primary Domain Controller) is just as confusing for a "newbie" I

At least I would list the features and possibilities not the services. 
Try to make it clear and understandable.

I would suggest to give some technical description as well. For us ;) or 
for the system administrator of school X who wonders what this magic 
solution is all about. There should be some technical description about 
installation and maintainance at least.

And what David points out. :)

We still don't know what Karoshi is exactly.
