Jonathan Carter... yeah! He's a must candidate for the Edubuntu Council.

I am sure there are other very good candidates as well, who has made
good effort to take responsibilities too, and have owned them, just like
highvoltage has.

Is there gonna be a list in wiki, so we can vote? Will there be a
voting? Will we propose via email? Should I wiki a
"wiki-voting-system" ?
