No ethernet autoconfiguration during installation

I'm not sure what the intended behaviour is for the ethernet interface.
But my opinion (if anyone cares) is that the Edubuntu box is a server.
As a server, other machines are going to be connecting to it for various
things.
And because of that, the Edubuntu machine should NOT have a dynamically
assigned address. It should be statically configured, so that it never
changes.
