Sure, all logins are on the server. But I wanted to explain, that if I
use the keyboard directly connected to the server, I can change the
users without problems. The sessions (localhost gdm .....) were opened
and closed.

localhost gdm[8629] (pam_unix) session opened for user reiner by (uid=0)
localhost gdm[8629] (pam_unix) session closed for user reiner
...... I loged out and loged in with a new user
localhost gdm[8629] (pam_unix) session opened for user test1 by (uid=0)
localhost gdm[8629] (pam_unix) session closed for user test1
...... I loged out and loged in with a new user
localhost gdm[8629] (pam_unix) session opened for user test2 by (uid=0)
localhost gdm[8629] (pam_unix) session closed for user test2

If I use the keyboard of a thin client, the sessions (localhost
sshd ....) were only opened after loggin in, but not closed after
logging out. So I have difficulties to log in with another username
(more attempts to log in).

localhost sshd[10678] Accepted password for test4 from 192.168.0.154
port 1278 ssh2
localhost sshd[10680] (pam_unix) session opened for user test4 by
(uid=0)
......... Here I loged out as user test4, I tried to log in as user
test5, but the session was not closed.
localhost sshd[10816] Accepted password for test5 from 192.168.0.154
port 1279 ssh2
localhost sshd[10818] (pam_unix) session opened for user test5 by
(uid=0)
.....The X-Screen crashed. I had to log in the second time
localhost sshd[10826] Accepted password for test5 from 192.168.0.154
port 1280 ssh2
localhost sshd[10828] (pam_unix) session opened for user test5 by
(uid=0)
.....The X-Screen crashed again. I had to log in the third time
localhost sshd[10836] Accepted password for test5 from 192.168.0.154
port 1281 ssh2
localhost sshd[10838] (pam_unix) session opened for user test5 by
(uid=0)
.... Now I could see the gnome screen.

Perhaps I have only this problem.
