Hello Edubuntu-devel list members,

The email to me, welcoming me to this mail list suggested I send an email
introducing myself. I am a licensed private investigator in Los Angeles
California. I have been using Linux distributions for about 3 years off and
on. I still have not made the break from Microsoft. Now with Edubuntu I am
getting closer to that day.

I am not a programmer or developer but I am very interested in this product
for both stand alone desktops and for Thin Client networks. I run a
volunteer project at my church in Pasadena, California, where we get
donations of used computers and then fix them up and give them to Foster
Care Youth. The Thin Client network is particularly attractive because we
get a lot of computers that have been stripped of their hard disks. Now I
can use them. I will be happy to add my feed back and suggestions when
warranted and I feel I can make a contribution. I am still trying to get my
test Thin Client Network working. I have sent a long email to Jane Weideman
explaining where I am.

Thank you for the invitation.

Best Wishes,

Larry J. Larsen
