Edubuntu Dapper release notes started

Hi all,

As per the newly created page for Ubuntu, I have created
http://wiki.edubuntu.org/EdubuntuDapperReleaseNotes with an empty
template.  

If you have implemented (or noticed from upstream) any interesting new
features which are visible/cool/high-level enough that they should be
mentioned in the edubuntu release notes, please add a bullet point with
a short description of the feature.
