       xsltproc makes docbook-xml obsolete).

     - easychem.c (main): Should fix the setlocale call.
   * debian/patches/90_fix_makefiles_install_location.dpatch: Added.
     - Makes debian/patches/01_install_rule.patch obsolet and fixes several
       bugs and issues. One was, that DESTDIR must not be part of PREFIX.
   * debian/patches/01_install_rule.patch: Removed.
