  [ Rik Mills ]
  * Add 1: epoch. Syndication is now released under KDE Frameworks, so
    needs to leave the KDE Applications version numbering behind.
  * Update symbols.
  * Install debug categories file.
  * Update homepage, watchfile and package description to be a Framework.
  * Update Breaks for akregator and libkf5blog5 (<< 4:18.08.3), as these
    are minimum versions working with new API.
  * New upstream release (5.56.0)
