  * New upstream major release
  * libmysqlclient20 soname bump to libmysqlclient21
  * Remove libmysqld (removed from upstream)
  * Remove mysql_embedded and manpage (removed from upstream)
  * General update of everything from 5.7 to 8.0 as required
  * Breaks/Replaces/Conflicts as required
  * d/rules, d/control: Build with native openssl instead of bundled yassl
    following upstream licence change to allow openssl linking
  * d/systemd service file:
    - Increase open file limit
    - Change type to notify
    - Add environment variable needed for "restart" command
  * d/additions:
    - Remove deprecated config options
    - Cleaned up default configuration files
  * d/tests:
    - Disable failing test main.mysqlpump_basic
    - Skip test main.file_contents for dep8
    - Fix test failures on openssl 1.1.1

    - Override errors about the json license
    - Override binary-without-manpage for test package
