lintian (2.11.0ubuntu1) disco; urgency=medium

  * Run autopkgtest tests in parallel, autodetecting CPU count.
    Autopkgtest started taking very long time, more than one hour on amd64
    and more than 3 hours on Ubuntu's arm64 testbed, causing test timeouts.
    If there are multiple CPUs available, the tests should not just use one.
