  * Non-maintainer upload with acknowledgement from Andreas Tille.
  * New upstream 0.5.x release 0.5.3.
  * debian/control:
    + Bump debhelper compat to v11.
    + Bump Standards-Version to 4.2.1.
    + Mark libyaml-cpp-dev as Multi-Arch: same.
  * debian/rules:
    + Modernize packaging instructions.
    + Use "dh_missing --fail-missing".
    + Fixes FTCBFS by letting dh_auto_configure handle cross flags.
      (Closes: #843918)
  * debian/patches:
    + Refresh patches.
    - Drop 303.patch and backport-b426fafff.patch, merged in
      new release.
