      - d/p/debianization-prefix_libreleases.patch, introduce;
    - d/rules:
      - export UPS_VERSION_UPSTREAM, introduce to prefix libreleases when
        necessary to avoid conflict (see d/p/d-prefix_libreleases.patch).
