kdevelop (4:5.3.1-1) experimental; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * New upstream release.
  * Update install files.
  * Suggest clazy, now that it is in the Debian archive.
  * Enable the Clang support on hurd-any, since there is LLVM available for it.
  * Remove the cvs suggest, as there is no more cvs plugin now.
