Sorry for the delay responding, I've added postgresql-16and php8.3 to <br>
the server set in noble now (the previous series of those packages where <br>
already in the set so it seems logical)<br>

For ruby it seems that 3.0 and 3.1 were not in the server set so it's a <br>
request to add a new package to the set and not only a new serie. Since <br>
ubuntu-server is the owning team for that package in main I think it <br>
makes sense but I'm going to wait a bit to let other members ask <br>
questions/raise any potential concern.<br>
