<p>Well, it also means that if you miss the meeting where it was
your turn then you end up not chairing before another 3.5 months.
And if the chair/backup are missing then we end up having no
deterministic process to select the chair and need to go back to
'wait for someone to step up'.</p>
<p>Those are minors issues though, I will be happy to follow the
consensus.<br>
