Request to delegate kernel-related packages to the kernel team

Hi,

Can I request the following packages to be delegated to the kernel team,
i.e., added to the kernel packageset? This applies to all active series,
including ESM. There packages are all related to the kernel and need
frequent updates to support new kernel versions. 

* kdump-tools
* kexec-tools
* makedumpfile
* crash

Please let me know if there are any questions.
