Wiki DMB/Agenda several weeks behind

The DMB agenda has not been updated since about 1 month, considering:

- The bold date indicating the next meeting is still 2025-03-31
- The missing application results

3 DMB meetings have happened since according to the agenda.

Please update the agenda with the application results, meeting logs, and
the next meeting date as required.
