  - Members of the Developer Membership Board have had almost a month to follow up on this.
  - There are four unconditional +1s.
  - Activity on this application seems to have stalled, and just needed another look to fully process.
  - Ubuntu Contributing Developer grants no archive permissions.

I will add this general point as a meeting agenda item so we can decide on some more firm guidance here, just so this feels less bold to do.
Given all the available evidence I believe I made the right call, but if you have concerns, let's sync on Monday.
