I checked https://ubuntu.com/community/contribute/ubuntu-development
and wrote the discourse post. After posting it, I learned about
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DeveloperMembershipBoard/ApplicationProcess
and that the DMB prefers applications on the wiki instead of the
discourse. I will move it to the wiki and ask the endorsers to testify
there if the DMB insists.
