Do know that's the time of the Canonical internal sprints so I don't
expect a meeting that week. Perhaps we should highlight that in the
schedule.

No, I think we'd like to do the UCD applications over mailing lists
because they're more straightforward and as you've mentioned, we're
not granting upload rights so it works out nicely to have it done
async via email.

DMB, please consider voting or asking questions if you have any. I'll
start in the next mail to make it cleaner.
