Request to add osmocom-dahdi-linux to plucky kernel-dkms packageset

Hello,

TL;DR:
Please add the osmocom-dahdi-linux source package to the plucky
kernel-dkms packageset [5].

The osmocom-dahdi-linux source package builds osmocom-dahdi-dkms, which
we need to monitor and fix in the kernel team in case of build failures
regarding kernel updates.

It was recently introduced in Debian [1] and thus plucky universe [2].

I recently fixed the package in Debian [3], but could not have the
package sync'ed by members of the ~ubuntu-kernel-dkms-uploaders LP group
[4]. So I had to get it sponsored by a coredev instead (Timo).

Please add the osmocom-dahdi-linux source package to the plucky
kernel-dkms packageset [5], so that next updates can be done by members
of the kernel DKMS group instead of only MOTU or coredevs.
