Restore membership to ~ubuntu-sru-developers and ~error-tracker-access

Hi DMB,

Recently, I had team membership deactivated in
- ~ubuntu-sru-developers (upload rights, granted in Nov. 2019 [1])
- ~error-tracker-access (analysis of phased updates [2], granted around May
2023, IIRC, by bdmurray; used for Ubuntu SRU reviews).
- (~ubuntu-sru remains active.)

I guess this happened by mistake in relation to company/work changes, but
AFAIK these rights are community-related.

Could these please be reviewed and hopefully restored?

Thank you!
Mauricio
