In today's meeting, we agreed that there are a number of
misunderstandings in expectations about what is required before the DMB
will consider such an application. We cleared those up, but for now,
since the requirements are not met, this application cannot be
considered.

Taihsiang Ho, thank you for your work on maintaining rasdaemon in Debian
and Ubuntu. We hope that you will continue, and if your work requires
substantial uploads to Ubuntu, that you will re-apply once you have a
track record of sponsorships and appropriate endorsements.
