Dear Developer Membership Board Members,

I am the Debian Maintainer for the package *rasdaemon*, and I am writing to
kindly express my interest in applying for PPU upload rights in Ubuntu. I
was guided by the section "How can I get upload rights in Ubuntu for the
packages I maintain in Debian?"
