Cancel meeting: 2024-10-28

I suggest cancelling the meeting on 2024-10-28 since a number of
Canonical employees will be at an internal event, and so it seems
unlikely that the DMB will be quorate on that date.

I don't see anyone scheduled for that date already. I'll remove it from
the list of available dates on the agenda right now, to avoid any
collision.

I expect this is fine with everyone but if anyone objects, please reply.
