Cloud-init PPU application by Alberto Contreras

Hello team,

As the meeting on 2024-09-30 did not happen, I rescheduled my application
for 2024-09-16. I hope that is alright.

I am a bit confused because 2024-09-16 is available in the DMB Agenda
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DeveloperMembershipBoard/Agenda> but it is not in
the fridge <https://fridge.ubuntu.com/calendars/fridge/>. Is the meeting
going to happen? And if so, at what time?
