Rescheduling the last meeting

Hi fellow DMB members,

We've had only 3 and 2 DMB members show up in the last two meetings
respectively. At the moment, we already have 5 applications on the
agenda. Last to last meeting, we asked Frank to reschedule to a later
slot (which I think is not super fair as they'd now have to wait over
a month) and then in the last one, we had to ask the same to Alberto.

I think since we already have 5 people on the agenda, we should make
up for the no-show last meeting. I propose we meet at 4 PM UTC next
Monday (09th September).
