Polishing and updating the outdated ubuntu-cloud packageset

Hey,

Writing this on behalf of the CPC team. We have an existing
ubuntu-cloud packageset which is somewhat outdated and we'd like to
polish this up a bit. There are few packages we'd like to add and few
we'd like to drop. The list is straightforward but I'd like a +1 from
a fellow DMB member and then I can do the changes myself.
