requesting adding obconf-qt to the Lubuntu packageset

Lubuntu is largely based on LXQt and not surprisingly, ~lubuntu-dev is
the maintainer of its various packages, including obconf-qt, the
Qt-based configuration manager for Openbox (Lubuntu's window manager).
Naturally, it follows that the Lubuntu packageset includes these same
LXQt packages. Surprisingly, though, obconf-qt is not a part of the
packageset. 

Thus, I'd like to request a change to the Lubuntu packageset to include
obconf-qt.
