Kubuntu packageset and upload rights.

*I requested an update to our packageset  back in February and it has 
gone unnoticed. Can someone please direct me to the process in which I 
need to go through to get Kubuntu's package set updated to match our 
SUPPORTED in the seed*

*I am severely crippled as the lead developer and unable to upload many
