Kubuntu packageset and upload rights.

Oh, ok, so I will have the same problem for calamares too.
I am working on MOTU https://wiki.ubuntu.com/scarlettmoore/MOTUApplication
As you see my sponsors are non-exsistant and I am working on experience.
I finally have SRU's down I think.
I do have an sddm SRU in verification-done stage

Hopefully I will be ready for MOTU soon.
